Practice areas and business expertise:
The main practice field is related to civil and commercial law (including litigation and arbitration agency and non-litigation special services), mainly engaged in company law, contract law and related legal affairs, especially familiar with legal affairs related to highway construction and management; since practicing, he has served as perennial or special legal consultant for many enterprises and institutions, provide special legal services for clients' corporate governance, asset restructuring or restructuring, investment mergers and acquisitions, equity incentives, etc., and undertake and participate in multiple civil litigation and arbitration cases.

Education and Work Experience:
He graduated from the Law Department of Peking University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in law. After graduation, he worked in the Law Department of Guangxi Technical Supervision Bureau. He was qualified as a lawyer in 1992 and resigned as a full-time lawyer in 1993. He successively practiced in Guangdong Zhongtian Law Firm, Guangdong Guanghe Law Firm and Guangdong Junyan Law Firm. He joined Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm in 2015.

Typical cases and research results:
He has participated in the special legal advisory services of Shenzhen Expressway Co., Ltd. in investing in shares or negotiating the acquisition of "Qinglian Highway", "Hehui Expressway", "Jianghe Expressway" and "Yilian Expressway"; since 2006, he has been serving as the perennial legal adviser of Guangdong Qinglian Expressway operating enterprises, providing comprehensive perennial legal consultation, contract review and other legal services, he also handled a number of litigation cases on his behalf, two of which were "infringement cases" (with a target of more than 2000 million yuan each) against the highway construction party (operator) at the gas stations of PetroChina and PetroChina BP. The highway party won both the first and second trials, and finally closed the case with the opposite party's appeal to the Supreme People's Court rejected; he once acted for a company in Shenzhen and a community in Baoan District (including a joint-stock cooperative company) due to the "urban renewal and renovation project (planning declaration) agency service contract", which led to the settlement of the case through mediation between the two parties, and was familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of Shenzhen's urban renewal and renovation and the relevant procedures.
