On the afternoon of December 20, the second induction training for new employees in Shengdian 2024 was held in the large conference room on the 17th floor of Shengdian Law Firm. The purpose of the training is to help new employees to systematically and deeply understand the development history, cultural heritage and various rules and management systems of Shengdian, to be familiar with the environment of Shengdian, to help new employees to quickly integrate into Shengdian and to improve the overall efficiency of the team.

At the beginning of the activity, lawyer Wang Yongjing, director of Shengdian, extended a warm welcome to the new employees on behalf of Shengdian. He first introduced the basic situation of Shengdian as a whole, including the development process, current situation, various committees and Shengdian culture of Shengdian, and shared the future development plan of Shengdian. Lawyer Wang Yongjing hopes that new colleagues can continuously strengthen their understanding and recognition of Shengdian through this training, subsequent professional practice and daily interaction with colleagues in the office, so as to find a sense of collective belonging and honor.

Wang Caiping, manager of Shengdian's finance department and administration department, introduced the department structure of the administration department and the division of labor among the personnel of the administration department. She explained in detail the daily dress code, Shengdian's assistant, conference room appointment, office usage scene and escape route. At the same time, manager Wang caiping introduced in detail how the administrative department effectively supports the business department, comprehensively introduced the process of wind control and benefit rush approval/printing, case closing and filing, and gave detailed answers to common problems.

Zeng Liling, a member of the Finance Department, first introduced the composition of the Finance Department team and their respective responsibilities, and elaborated on the invoicing application process, invoice return process and the bill review standards for reimbursement of the firm's expenses, aiming to ensure the standardized implementation of financial reimbursement. Finally, Zeng Liling explained the 7 special additional deduction policies for personal income tax to help new employees understand the preferential tax policies in depth.

Huang jianting, a member of Shengdian's operation support department, introduced the overall functions and personnel of the department, and explained in detail the core work of the department, including brand promotion, knowledge management, management committee secretary and outreach. Huang specially mentioned the important role of the operation department in promoting the brand image of the law firm, the sharing of knowledge resources and the internal and external communication and coordination.

Lawyer Zhang Yan, deputy director of the Conflict of Interest and Risk Control Committee, gave a detailed introduction from many aspects such as the case closing system, business quality control and risk management methods, conflict of interest review system, fee management system, and stakeholder case reporting system. At the same time, combined with recent cases, Zhang Yan lawyer put forward practice risk prevention suggestions to remind new employees to be alert to potential risks and enhance self-protection ability.

This training enables new employees to fully understand the basic situation of Shengdian, and quickly grasp the internal business process of Shengdian.
