The "three old" renovation project of Yazitang Village, Nancheng Street, Dongguan City is the first batch of urban village renovation demonstration projects promoted by Dongguan City and Nancheng Street, and is one of the 10 municipal key urban village renovation projects in Dongguan City. The project is located in Shenghe Community, Nancheng Street, Dongguan City, in the south of the second passage area in the north and south of the central district, close to the Dongguan Administrative and Cultural Center. The red line land area of the project renewal unit is about 11.45 hectares, and the demolition area is about 94800 square meters. The planned development capacity of the project is 258600 square meters, including 222600 square meters of residence and 36000 square meters of commerce. The renovation of the project is of far-reaching significance for opening up the second north-south channel of Dongguan City and connecting the historical and cultural district of Dongguan with the administrative and cultural district. The project started the signing of the "Demolition Compensation Agreement" on May 20, 2024, and completed the signing of 101 households by June 13, 2024, with a signing rate of 38.55.
