Education and Work Experience:
He graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in 1985. He was qualified as a lawyer in 1988 and worked in the government's judicial administration for nearly ten years. He once served as the person in charge of Shenzhen financial and real estate law firm, deputy director of legal advisory professional committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association and member of real estate professional committee.
