The main practice areas are labor law, company's perennial legal counsel, financial securities and other legal services. Currently, he serves as the labor special legal counsel of a guarantee company (a company listed on the main board of Hong Kong), and provides perennial legal advisory services to two new energy enterprises such as a new energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and a smart new energy Co., Ltd. and a French multinational supermarket company, has undertaken or participated in the handling of a tourism development company issued corporate bonds and other financial securities legal projects.

Education and work experience:
He graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (formerly Zhongnan University of Political Science and Law) with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in civil and commercial law. He has worked in Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm and Shenzhen Branch of Zhongrun Jintong Law Firm successively, and is now a full-time lawyer of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm.
