On March 12, 2021, Shenzhen Talent Anju Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Anju Group") successfully issued the first phase of 2021 medium-term notes (bond abbreviation: 21 Talent Anju MTN001 ), with an issue amount of 3 billion yuan and a term of 3 years.
On March 27, 2020, Anju Group obtained the Notice of Acceptance of Registration issued by the China Interbank Dealers Association (China City Association Note -2020-MTN285). On April 22, 2020, within the registered quota of 10 billion yuan, anju group issued "Shenzhen talent anju group co., ltd. 2020 first issue of medium-term notes (bond abbreviation: 20 talent anju MTN001)" with an amount of 3 billion yuan. The current medium-term note is the second issue of medium-term note issued within the registered amount of 10 billion yuan.
