On December 3, 2021, after deliberation and approval at the second meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People's Congress of Luohu District, lawyer Guo Chaohui was appointed as a member of the Legal Affairs and Internal Affairs and Judicial Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People's Congress of Luohu District.

On the afternoon of December 30, the eighth Luohu District people's Congress Supervision and Judicial Committee (legal and Internal Affairs and Judicial work Committee) held its first committee meeting. Zeng Zhenghong, deputy director of the standing Committee of the District people's Congress, and responsible persons and members of the Supervision and Judicial Committee attended the meeting.
