Sheng Dian Dynamic | Shenzhen University Law School & Law Cluster "Kunpeng Growth Training Camp" Visits Sheng Dian for Learning and Exchange

On the morning of May 14, in order to help law school students recognize the role of professional legal workers in advance, the "Kunpeng Growth Training Camp" sponsored by Shenzhen University Law School and Law Cluster and supported by Shengdian Law Firm officially started. Nearly 40 law school students from Shenzhen University visited Shengdian to study and exchange.

After the organizer presided over the opening ceremony, lawyer Zhong Gangqiang, senior partner of Shengdian, delivered a welcome speech and was invited to give a lecture on "Some Thoughts on Real Estate Lawyers. Lawyer Zhong shared the basic situation of Shengdian and the business scope of his team from the aspects of Shengdian's brief introduction, team brief introduction, real estate business type, lawyer's business introduction, lawyer's basic skills, etc. He introduced the professional knowledge in this field to law school students in combination with the multi-dimensional handling of cases, and provided guidance from the perspective of professional practice. Lawyer Zhong believes that lawyers should have firm ideals and beliefs, solid theoretical knowledge, professional practical skills, efficient teamwork ability, meticulous work attitude, comprehensive analysis and thinking ability, multi-party communication and coordination ability, superb expression ability and bold business development ability.

In the exchange session, law school students enthusiastically asked questions. For the students' questions such as "how to solve the thorny problems encountered in the process of handling old city renovation and urban renewal cases?" "how does the current industry downturn affect the primary development market of real estate?" "how to adjust their mentality to adapt to the high intensity and complexity of social interaction in the process of handling cases?" lawyer zhong gave detailed answers from a practical point of view.

After the meeting, the law school students visited Shengdian. Through visiting Shengdian's "20 Years and 20 Things" cultural wall, honor wall, conference room, office area, etc., they learned about Shengdian's development process and professional development direction and experienced Shengdian's cultural atmosphere in an immersive way. at the end, the law school students and lawyer zhong gangqiang posed for a group photo.
